Team DISCOVERY’S sketch of its proposed architectural plan for the"Main Street Mall" is pictured above. It provides the following features: for the storefronts – facades of buildings that at one time occupied Main Street; for the center walkway – a cobblestone "road" with trolley tracks. Not pictured but also included would be a trolley and a few vintage cars from the 40’s, 50’s, and 60’s, parked on the side of the cobblestone "road." This nostalgia motif would recapture Bristol’s past. In the sketch above, a cut-away section of the dome-roof of the mall can also be seen.
